Free shipping we use UPS ground can take 2 – 6 business days in the contiguous 48 states. *Shipments under 5 pounds to Alaska and Hawaii ship for free. (Excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands.)
Daily Order Processing Cut-off Times:
Our daily order processing cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time / 12:00 PM Pacific Time Monday – Friday. We ship most products from McKinleyville, California. Although orders submitted prior to 12 noon Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day, the current COVID-19-related restrictions on business operations may cause order processing delays of up to 24 hours. Certain large items that are drop-shipped from other locations are excluded from this same-day order processing policy. If an item is exempt from this policy, it will be noted in the product details for that item. Please note that adverse weather and holidays can impact delivery times, as well.

Packaging: For environmental reasons, we use recycled void-fill paper and try to reuse and recycle as much of our packing material as possible. This means that your order may come in a recycled box or that, for example, cardboard from larger boxes is used as packaging material to secure your items. Some paddles come pre-packed in plastic covers or in bubble-wrap envelopes for protection and we encourage you to recycle and re-use these materials wherever possible.
